After beginning his practice in the Northeast, Will relocated to California to help start the firm's West Coast office. Will is an accomplished attorney who focuses his practice exclusively in insurance coverage law and will provide us with advanced legal perspective on navigating the intricacies of the ISO CGL form.
Will represents policyholders in all aspects of insurance and risk transfer. He is regularly called upon to assist in the policy placement process. In this role, Will helps policyholders and their brokers put together a comprehensive coverage program where all lines of coverage work seamlessly together to avoid gaps. His work in this capacity, interacting with brokers and underwriters, gives him a greater practical understanding of the market and its intent than coverage firms focused solely on insurance litigation.

Along with cases and bar admissions in California, Connecticut, and New York, where he practices regularly, Will is often admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions and has represented clients in arbitration and litigation in state and federal courts in Washington, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana, Florida, Alabama, Massachusetts, Missouri, Iowa, Hawaii, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Will has helped policyholders recover hundreds of millions of dollars of insurance money across a broad array of different lines of coverage. Will has handled insurance disputes involving general liability, property, builders’ risk, cyber, pollution liability, professional liability (including directors and officers, errors and omissions, and contractors’ or owners’ professional and protective indemnity), product recall, product contamination, excess workers’ compensation, employment practice liability, jewelers block, private all risk jewelry, marine cargo, and homeowners’ insurance policies. Will is also intimately familiar with non-traditional variations of these lines of coverage such as additional insured coverage, pooled limits risk, high-SIR homebuilder programs, self-insurance, and captive insurance.
